台湾技术引进中当局的作用

技术引进是外向型台湾经济增长与产业升级的主要动力。以构建后发国家或地区通过引进外资进行技术转移的基本框架为开端,探讨在这一框架结构中政府的作用。随后分析台湾当局在技术引进过程中所起到的不可或缺的作用,并指出技术引进对台湾经济的正面及负面影响,给祖国大陆经济以启示。

Taiwan's role of government in the technology imports

Technology import is the main power of economic growth and industrial upgrading of Taiwan which is outward-oriented Economy.This paper begins with building basic frame of technology transfer via FDI for developing countries and areas and investigates the government role in this frame.Then analyze the important role of Taiwan authorities in the process of technology introduction,point out the positive and negative influence to Taiwan's economy and give us inspiration.
