| Abstract: | It is important to develop the efficient governance mechanisms of the R&D teams which are the core structure units in thigh-tech enterprises Based on the comprehensive analysis of many researches on the R&D team's governance mechanisms both abroad and domestic in the recent years, the article incorporates the charcteristics of R&D teams into organization mechanism,intellectual property right mechanism,incentive mechanism Finally,empirical research on them is conducted. |
