| Abstract: | Science and technology innovation is the dominant power of human society's development and revolution.The paper expatiates the connotation of science and technology innovation,and analyses the relationship of data,information,knowledge and wise.On the basis of these,the paper explicates that science data is the strategic resource of sci-tec innovation and nation developing,and science data sharing is the inevitable result of human development. |
