| 摘 要： | 生态危机早已成为全球关注的热点问题,而组织作为影响外部环境的最大载体,却受到各方利益相关者的影响,在促进生态可持续发展的问题上进展缓慢。针对如何创建绿色组织、鼓励绿色组织行为这一组织发展过程中面临的重大问题,揭示了隐藏在开放式创新背后的生态价值,进而探索它对创建绿色组织的促进机制,并在组织层面为破解生态困境提供一种新的思路。
