| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges possess three functions,i.e.talent training,scientific research and social service.Through elaborating the concept and connotation of incentive mechanism of scientific research management and illustrating the main incentive theories and representatives internationally,this paper discusses some commonly used incentive methods in order to construct the incentive mechanism of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges. |
