| 摘 要： | 集成创新已经成为企业获取竞争优势的关键。本文深层次分析了企业集成创新的动因,对企业集成创新的背景、概念及特点进行了进一步的分析,并从技术集成、战略集成、知识集成、组织集成四个方面建立了企业集成创新的框架体系。

| Abstract: | The integrated innovation has already been the key that the enterprise obtains competitive advantage.This paper first analyzed the reason of corporate integration,then the background,concept and characteristics of corporate integrated innovation were further analyzed,after this,the paper established the frame system of corporate integrated innovation from technology integration,strategic integration,knowledge integration and organization integratioin. |
