基于社会资本理论的技术创新网络有效治理研究

在生产要素自由流动的网络经济环境下,传统的治理理论已难以适用于具有开放结构的技术创新网络。社会资本理论为此项研究提供了新的方向,但是现有相关研究主要集中于对技术创新网络结构(强弱连接)的分析,并没有深入到对技术创新网络关系治理的研究。在此基础上,分析了不同结构下的技术创新网络关系治理方式,研究表明:有核技术创新网络主要以强连接为主,应当利用核心企业对网络进行权威型治理;无核技术创新网络主要以弱连接为主,应当利用网络成员间的信任对网络进行联合型治理。

The Research on Governance of The Technological Innovation Network Based on Theory of Social Capital Theory

In the free movement of factors of production networks economic environment,Traditional management theory is difficult to apply in the open structure of technological innovation network.Social capital theory of technological innovation network management provides a new direction.However,existing studies mainly from the social capital structure of the peacekeeping angle connecting intensity of technological innovation network management structure for the breakdown Analysis.It is lack of technological innovation network management research.In this study,based on the technological innovation network's management structure and relationship management conducted a comprehensive analysis,the studies showed : mainly to the strong link with nuclear technology innovation network,it should be taken to the main core of corporate governance mechanisms;mainly to the weak link of a nuclear-free technical innovation network,it should be taken to the main trust governance mechanism.
