| Abstract: | The cluster-effect of human capital has an important effect in all kinds of formal and informal groups,but it hasn't been enhanced to the theory to study all long. The thesis firstly put forward the concept of the cluster-effect of human capital. The meaning of research on the cluster-effect of human capital lies in how to make use of it's characters to construct the environment helping produce the cluster-effect of human capital,enhance the management level of enterprises and accelerate the knowledge innovation process of enterprises. |
