| 摘 要： | 传统上对科学研究存在重数量轻质量的情况,部分原因在于科研工作质量管理的困难。本文在回顾科研质量管理相关研究的基础上,从认识科学研究质量的概念入手,构建了科研质量改进的一般模式,探讨了科研质量改进的若干问题和对策。

| Abstract: | Traditionally,people pay more attention to the quantity than the quality of scientific research,which partially attributes to the difficulties of QM of scientific research work.After reviewing the related literatures,the conceptions of scientific research quality are discussed,then the mode of scientific research quality improvement is analyzed,finally,several problems and countermeasures of quality improvement on scientific research are explored in the paper. |
