| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业在国民经济中发挥着重要作用,但融资问题一直是制约其发展的"瓶颈"。根据科技型中小企业不同生命周期阶段的资金需求特点,应建立多层次融资体系,进行综合性的融资方式创新。近期应考虑从创建政府科技基金、天使投资基金、完善风险投资机制以及建立二板市场等方面寻求突破。 |

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological small and mediuin—sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in national economy,financing matters,however,have always been the "bottleneck" of their development.In light of the capital demand characteristics in different life cycles of the aforesaid enterprises,a multilevel financing system should be established and the form of finance should be innovated in a comprehensive manner.Thus recently considerations should involve seeking breakthroughs by establishing government scientific and technological fund and angel investment fund,improving risk investment mechanism and building second board markets. |
