基于原始性创新能力的我国基础研究现状分析

基础研究是科学之本和技术之源,基础研究的健康和可持续发展是推进我国2 1世纪现代化建设和全面建设小康社会的关键,为此应切实加强对基础研究客观发展规律的分析和了解。本文以原始性创新能力为基点,分别从诺贝尔奖获奖情况、科技论文发表和基础研究研发(R&D)投入情况等几个方面对目前我国基础研究的现状和存在的问题进行了实证性的分析和思考并作了总结。

Fundamental research is the origin of science and t he source of technology,the healthy and steadily development of the fundamental re search is the key point of construction of modernization and well-to-do society in the 21st century.Hence,we should earnestly enforce our analysis and understan ding of the objective developing regulation for the fundamental research.The tex t is focus on primitive innovation ability,and makes an illustrated analysis an d consideration about the problem we are facing in fundamental research from sev eral aspects such as the situation of Nobel Prize;releasing of technological thesis and plunge of the fundamental research.
