区域可持续发展能力形成的动力机制研究

结合文献研究,在界定区域可持续发展能力概念的基础上,探讨了区域可持续发展能力形成的动力机制,其中,人类需求的变化和需求缺口的消除,起着诱发作用,信息化、新型工业化、市场化、技术进步和制度安排等,起着推进作用,而且在诱发因素与推进因素间还存有相互作用和耦合效应。

Study on the Driving Mechanism for the Formation of Regional Sustainable Development Capacity

Based on defining the concept of regional sustainable development capacity(RSDC),the driving mechanism of RSDC formation is researched.In the model,changes and supplements of human needs play a inducing role,the informatization,new industrialization,marketization,technological progress and institutional arrangements play a promoting role,the interactions between inducing factors and promoting factors is also existed.
