| 摘 要： | 实现人与自然和谐,是科学发展观下技术创新的应有之义.但在市场机制下,存在着滋生负外部性的技术创新"失灵"问题,其原因首先源于技术创新本质及创新动因的某种程度的非生态理性,包括:唯商业价值论的技术创新本质观,源于企业本质与竞争机制、自然生态的共有资源属性、市场需求与技术路径方面的技术创新动因的非生态理性.
