| 摘 要： | 河南省农业综合生产能力位居全国前列,在全国农业生产中占有重要地位。优化整合河南省农业科研资源,对提升科技创新能力,加快现代农业发展具有重要意义。总结了河南省农业科研系统取得的主要成绩。在分析影响农业科技创新因素的基础上,提出了整合科研资源,促进科技创新的战略对策。
