| 摘 要： | 创新对于企业的生存与发展有着极为重要的作用 ,本文基于对创新过程的理论研究 ,发现创新的关键在于有效的共享知识 ,从而创造知识实现创新。为了扭转信息流通不畅的局面 ,从根本上消除部门间的信息孤岛 ,使部门甚至个人的信息变成整个组织的信息 ,重新设计组织结构是必要的。在组织中嵌入知识共享平台 ,而不是将之作为组织的额外部件 ,能有效的提升组织的创新能力 ,从而使组织有更多的生存与发展机会
