| 摘 要： | 研究了股东与经营者之间的沟通对企业创新绩效的影响。实证研究发现,股东与经营者之间有效的沟通有助于提高企业创新绩效;同时分析了"信息非对称性"和"创新不确定性"两个中介变量给这种影响带来的变化。

| Abstract: | The influence of the communication between stockholders and managers on Innovative performance of firm is studied.The empirical research finds an effective communication between stockholders and managers is helpful to improve firm innovmive performance,at the same time;the changes from two moderate variables of information asymmetry and innovative uncertainty are analyzed. |
