基于合作的主动知识外溢策略研究

合作中的知识外溢是客观存在的。知识资产所有者可以变被动知识外溢为主动知识外溢 ,利用知识外溢达成显示合作意向、塑造合作声誉、推动合作成功的目的 ,并通过两个博弈模型加以说明 :一是通过主动外溢传递合作信号 ,合作收益期望门槛降低 ,双方合作意愿加强 ;二是少量多批次外溢知识 ,可形成动态重复博弈 ,降低对合作成功度的要求 ,促成合作的成功

A Strategy of Initiative Knowledge Spillovers Based on Cooperation

Knowledge spillovers objectively exists in cooperation,while owners of knowledge asset can change from passive spillovers to initiative spillovers.Knowledge spillover can be signal of cooperation intention,helpful to build reputation and gain success.This thought is proved by two game model,one is that the expected threshold of cooperation profit is decreased by sending cooperative signal of initiative spillover,which strengthens the cooperative willingness of both sides;the other is that the game is dynamic by increasing times of spillover,and there is less requirement for the possibility of cooperated success,all these is favorite to success.
