20世纪刚性管理与柔性管理发展的对比

摘    要:近百年来 ,刚性管理与柔性管理此消彼长而又渗透、融合 ,最终成为一个有机的整体。刚性管理构成了管理的骨架 ,柔性管理则构成了管理的血肉。从管理的计划、组织、领导、控制等职能来看 ,刚性管理与柔性管理是管理中各有侧重的两个方面 ,两者互有长短 ,互为补充。管理的最高境界是实现刚柔相济 ,体现在管理的目的应追求“双赢”或者“四满意” ;管理的方法应体现刚与柔有机地契合 ;管理的范围应涉及组织内所有的要素 ;管理结果应带来高士气和高效率。

Abstract:During the past century,Rigid Management and Flexible Management had been focused on one after another.They penetrated,incorporated each other and then they formed a whole organism.Rigid Management formed the skeleton and Flexible Management formed the flesh and blood of the body of management.They are two sides of a coin when we speak of each management functions,such as planning,organizing,leading and controlling.They complement each other,though each has its own strengths and weaknesses.The superb state of management is a fully functioning combination of the rigidness and flexibility in management.The aim of management should be "double wins" or "four satisfactions".The methods of the two branches should be combined efficiently.The scope of management should cover all elements in the organization.The result of management should accord with high morale and high efficiency.
