网络组织运作绩效的研究现状分析与研究框架构建

网络组织的运作绩效是合作各方关注的焦点问题 ,然而已有的研究还没有作出令人满意的回答。本文在文献回顾与分析的基础上 ,结合网络组织绩效的特点 ,从概念界定入手 ,设计出以价值为核心、以表现层面与表现范围为基本构面的研究框架 ,为网络组织运作绩效的进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

The Present Research And Future Framework of Operating Performance About Network Organization

In networked cooperation,partners pay close attention to the operation performance,but present researches have not given a satisfactory answer to the question.This paper ,based on the literature review,combines the characteristics of network performance with the conception definition to design a new research framework that takes value as the core and its showing levels and scopes as the basic compositions.The conclusion of this paper lays a foundation for future research of operating performance about network organization.
