欧盟的高科技中小企业在其发展过程中具有快速的成长性,其突出的特点是以风险投资和私人资产融资的方式越来越广泛,国际化的程度很高,政府对高科技中小企业的政策支持力度不断加大,但与高校和科研院所的联系较弱,本文通过对欧盟高科技中小企业的界定、特征及其发展现状、特点的考察,希望能借此获取一定的经验和教训,以促进我国高科技中小企业的发展。

European high-tech SMEs have a very high growth rate in their developing process, their obvious characteristics analyzed in the paper include:venture capital and private capital playing more and more important role in the capital resource, high degree globalization, government`s strong support, but weak connection with universities and institutes.
