基于技术能力演进的企业技术学习模式选择机制研究

将后发国家本土企业的技术学习模式按企业技术系统生命周期的演化规律和技术学习程度的不同,依次划分为被动反应性学习、发展性学习和创造性学习三个阶段,相应地,每一阶段技术学习的主要来源分别为外部购买、联合开发和自主研发,在此基础上,围绕后发国家本土企业技术能力演进的基本框架,从静态和动态两个角度,分析了技术能力演进的三个阶段即技术引进模仿、技术消化吸收、自主技术创新依次分别与技术学习模式三阶段的协同匹配机制。

A Study on the Choice Mechanism of Firm's Technological Learning Mode Based on Technological Capability Evolution

According to the evolution rule of lifecycle of technological system and degree of technological learning from the lowest to the highest,this study divides firm's technology learning mode of the local firms in latecomer countries into three phases including passive reactivity learning,expansibility learning and creativity learning.Accordingly,the sources of technology learning in every phase come from external purchasing,cooperative R&D and self-R&D respectively.Afterwards,on the base of the evolution of technological capabilities of the local firms in latecomer countries,this research analyzes synergetic mechanism from static and dynamic angle between three stage of technological capability evolution including introduction and imitation,technology absorption and independent technology innovation and three phases of technological learning mode in turn.
