内蒙古区域技术创新能力及其与经济增长的关联分析

伴随着近年来经济的快速发展,内蒙古自治区的科技进步水平也有了显著提高,但与区域经济发展不平衡情况相同,内蒙古12盟市的区域创新能力也呈现出明显的差异性。针对这一问题,从投入、研发和产出三方面对内蒙古各盟市的技术创新能力进行了比较和评价,并运用灰色关联分析法,通过测度科技投入、劳动力投入、资本投入与GDP的关联度,来全面评价内蒙古区域经济增长与科技进步的关系并得出结论。

Analysis for Inner Mongolia Regional Technical Innovation Capability and Its Relationship with Economic Growth

With the rapid economic development in recent years,the level of scientific and technical progress in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has also been significantly increased.But as same as the uneven regional economic development,regional technical innovation capability of 12Union Cities in Inner Mongolia has also shown significant differences.We have compared and evaluated technical progress capability of the cities from three aspects of inputs,R&D and outputs of science and technology.And by using gray conjunction analytic approach,we have calculated the interrelatedness respectively between GDP and technological input,labor force investment and capital investment.With this result,we have assessed the relationship between regional economic growth and technical progress,and reached a conclusion..
