| 摘 要： | 企业的技术创新的遵循一定的知识论规律。现代知识论提出了默会知识理论,揭示了的关于创新知识生成过程中的批判性、默会性、境域性、发散性、个体性等因素,这使得人们应该重新认识企业传统形成与企业技术创新的关系;重视培养企业人才的操作能力和实践知识;营造有利于企业技术创新的文化氛围。
