| 摘 要： | 用系统的观点及系统理论研究创新已成为一种重要的趋势。本文首先从创新管理学科发展、创新研究的文献简评、新增长理论及知识经济自身要求等角度来阐述企业创新集成的必要性,在分析企业创新集成有关知识的基础上,利用木桶原理探讨了企业创新集成的内在机理,有利于企业创新集成的进一步研究。

| Abstract: | The research on innovation from the perspectives of system and system theories has become an important thread.The necessities of innovation integration are discussed from discipline development of innovation management,literatures review of innovation research,neo-growth theory to self-need of knowledge economy.Based on analyzing the relative knowledge of innovation integration,this paper discusses the internal mechanism of enterprise's innovation integration by means of wood-barrel principle.This will help to make further research about enterprise's innovation integration. |
