| Abstract: | From the status of scientific research management view point,this paper analyzes the eight factors that impact of scientific research management.We summarize four innovative solution strategies to the scientific research management,i.e.,ideas and institutions,human resources and information,system and evaluation,management and legal protection.Our study should be able to provide reasonable guidance to the scientific research management of university. |
