企业持续竞争优势来源:人力资源还是人力资源管理

摘    要:不少学者从人力资源的特性出发指出人力资源是企业持续竞争优势的来源。本文认为,这种观点混淆了人力资源和人力资源管理活动,或者把表象的特征归结为根源。人力资源仅仅代表了企业竞争优势的可能性,而人力资源管理活动使这种可能性转化为现实,是企业持续竞争优势的来源。明确持续竞争优势来源于人力资源管理而不是人力资源,对企业管理具有非常重要的意义,即高素质的人力资源永远代替不了有效的人力资源管理,做好人力资源管理工作才是更重要的。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of human resources, some scholars pointed out that the human resource was the source of enterprise's sustained competitive advantag e. This paper argues that this view has obscured human resources and human resou rces management(HRM) and thought of the presentative characteristics as the root cauese. The paper holds that human resources only represent the possibility of enterprise's obtaning its competive advantage, it is HRM that turns this possibi lity into reality. Therefore, HRM is the real sources of enterprise's sustained competitive advantage. This is of great importance for business administration b ecause that the high-quality human resources can never replace effective HRM and doing a good job in HRM is more important.
