科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资问题与对策研究——以陕西为例

科技型中小企业在产品技术创新、科技成果转化、社会就业、区域经济的发展方面发挥着日益重要的作用,但融资难问题始终困扰科技型中小企业的发展,知识产权质押视角的创新融资模式将打通其融资渠道,解决其缺乏的不动产抵押融资的困境,促进科技型中小企业可持续发展。在对陕西知识产权质押融资现状调查研究的基础上,分析了科技型中小企业利用知识产权质押融资存在的问题,并提出了解决对策。

Technology-based SMEs is playing an important role in the technology innovation of products andtransformation of scientific research achievements and expanded employment and regional economic expansion,etc.But the difficulties in financing puzzle the development of Technology-based SMEs.Study on financial model of Intellectual property rights pledge becomes the key to solving entire question,it will wide financing channel oftechnology-based SMEs and resolve the dilemma of real estate refinance mortgages and promote Sustainable development of corporation.On the survey basis of the current situation of Shaanxi intellectual Intellectualproperty rights pledge,this paper analysis the difficulty of Intellectual property impawn financing andputs forward the corresponding financing measures depending on the question that exists now.
