| 摘 要： | 从经济与环境协调发展的角度,探讨了兰州市经济与环境发展的现状及影响协调发展的因素,提出了加强环保教育、优化产业结构、转变经济增长方式、加大环保资金的投入以及建构有效的制度等经济与环境协调发展的新思路.

| Abstract: | According with the harmonious development of economy and enviromment,this paper analyses the present situation of harmonious development of environment and economy in Lanzhou City and factors that affect the harmonious development,then puts forward to some new ways,such as enhancing the environmental consciousness,optimizing the industrial structure and so on. |
