| 摘 要： | 随着DNA测序技术的不断发展,DNA序列分析在药用植物鉴定和品质研究等方面得到了广泛应用,为药用植物鉴定和道地性研究注入了新的活力.从药用植物鉴定和品质研究中的常用DNA片段(基因)、DNA序列分析在药用植物鉴定以及道地性研究中的应用等3个方面对有关研究的主要进展进行了综述,并对今后研究的前景和应注意的问题进行了初步讨论.

| Abstract: | With the development of DNA sequencing technology,DNA sequence analysis has been applied in many aspects of medicinal plants research,providing a new and reliable method for identification of medicinal plants and(geo-herbalism) research.This paper reviewed the main progress of related studies in the following aspects,DNA segments(genes) commonly used in the identification and geo-herbalism research of medicinal plants,DNA sequence analysis applied in identification and geo-herbal research of medicinal plants.In addition,the prospect and some questions in the field are briefly discussed. |
