| 摘 要： | 利用分光光度法测定了甘肃黄羊镇地区草木栖中双香豆素含量,并分析了生猪肝脏、肌肉组织中香豆素、双香豆素的残存量。此法具有灵敏度高、检测快、简便等优点。

| Abstract: | The quantities of dicoumarol in sweet clover collected in Huangyangzheng,Gansu Province, have been determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The residueof coumarin and dicoumarol in the liver and the muscle of the pig has beendetected by this method. The sensitiveness, simplicity and velocity are advantages ofthis method. |
