| Abstract: | The value and successful experience of the application of programmed teaching pattern to the track and field teaching through the combination of lots of documents and the modern physical education practice is expounded.The result shows that programmed teaching is feasible in the the track and field skill teaching,and that the application can improve the teaching quality,develop the skill of students. |
