| 摘 要： | 给出了线列ＣＣＩＤ图像传感器的驱动电路和输出信号处理电路设计方法，并以ＧＺ１０１Ａ线列ＣＣＩＤ为例，介绍了具体电路和输出信号的波形，利用设计出的两部分电路和ＧＺ１０１Ａ器件可构成尺寸，位置等工业在线测量系统的通用传感器。
