| 摘 要： | 土地储备制度在我国是一项新型的土地管理经营制度，在其运作过程中涉及到对城镇国有土地补偿价格如何确定的实际问题．从土地储备的内涵入手，分析了目前补偿价格存在的主要问题、补偿价格的构成及其地位，同时明确了补偿对象．针对不同的土地使用类型，按相应的土地储备方式，探讨城镇国有土地储备的补偿价格标准．

| Abstract: | Land bank is a system that the government monopolizes and manages land primary market,it is an innovative system in our country.In the running process a practical problem is how to confirm the price of towns' stated-owned land compensation.It is started from the connotation of land bank,analyzed the main problems of the compensation according to the overseas standards and status quo in our country,at the same time illuminates the compositions of compensation and objects.The criterion of land compenstation is discussed according to different land-usage types and corresponding styles of land bank from the meaning of land bank. |
