| 摘 要： | 结合兰州市大气环境的历史与现状，应用多元统计分析和系统工程的方法，建立了实现大气环保目标的污染物临界排放模型；并对实现大气环保目标的污染物排放控制给出了定量的依据。

| Abstract: | Combining the present and past status of atmospheric environment of Lanzhou,applying some methods of multiple statistical analySis and systematic engineering,establishes a model of the critical emission of waste-gas for protecting the atmospheric environment,and also gives the quantitative basis for the controlling of the emission of the waste--gas. |
