黑河中游社区湿地生态恢复成本的CVM评估

依据社会福利最大化原理探究了小区域生态恢复的支付卡问卷构思,突破了CVM应用的尺度局限,评估了黑河中游湿地恢复成本.结果表明,参与式社区湿地资源管理活动,使当地居民亲身受益,对未来环境福利的期望较高,对环境退化的机理认识程度较深,有利于源头数据的获取.精确计量到单位家庭福利的恢复评估,能够为实际恢复提供有效数据,居民平均支付意愿为每年每户306.68元.以15年期测算的湿地总恢复成本为0.214亿元,其中退耕还草、灌溉方式改革、化肥的少量施用补偿总价值占恢复成本的87.6%.

Using CVM to estimate the restoring cost of the community wetland in middle reach of Heihe River
