西伯利亚百合病毒及脱毒的电镜检测

摘    要:为筛选无病毒植株进行推广应用,利用电镜技术检测西伯利亚百合感染病毒及脱毒后的细胞微观形态的变化.结果显示感病和脱毒后的西伯利亚百合叶片,在微观结构上有较大差别.感病的西伯利亚百合叶片有大量的病毒粒子散布于细胞之中,引起寄主细胞严重的病理变化,从而导致细胞内一些细胞器的异常;而脱毒后的叶片细胞的各细胞器均表现正常.病毒侵染所引起的扁茎症状的原因和细胞质中形成许多小泡状物的病理机制以及存在多个病毒复合侵染的现象有待进一步的探讨.

Abstract:In order to provide theoretical guidance for screening no virus plants and application,electron microscope technology is used to detect the microstructure change of Siberian Lily cells which are virus infection and detoxification.The result indicates that there are several differences in the microstructure of the virus-infected and virus-dispelled foliage of Siberia Lily.There are a lot of virus particles in cells of the diseased foliage of Siberia Lily which cause serious pathological changes of host cells...
