摘    要:在健美操教学中,应根据学生心理素质、身体素质、运动机能等差异,合理运用"多层次教学法",克服好生吃不饱、差生吃不消的被动局面,才能提高学生参与学习的积极性和健美操教学质量.

Abstract:In the teaching of aerobics ,the multiple echelons of teaching method must be used according to psychological, physical fitness and sport abilities so as to remove the situation that the good be able to stand too easily but the poor be unable to stand.Furthermore it can mobilize the initiative of the students and improve the teaching quality.
