| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来使得高新技术产业成为区域产业发展的主要目标取向,而单纯依靠自然资源开发与利用很难建立起颇具竞争力的产业结构.作为典型的经济欠发达省份,甘肃只有根据自身经济发展特点,通过产业的组织创新、技术创新和体制创新,不断推动产业结构优化升级以永葆区域经济发展活力,才能在西部大开发战略实施中抢得先机,跟上全国新一轮经济结构调整的步伐.

| Abstract: | With the knowledge economy age coming, it is very difficult to set up the competitive regional industrial structure only depends on developing natural resources. In the 21st century, the hi gh-ne w technological industry will be the objective trend of industry developing in every country of the world. Only by innovating actively and promoting continuously optimizing upgrade of industrial structure,can it keep the regional developing vitality of economy. According to economy developing characteristics of its own, Gansu Province should carry out the structural innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation of industry at the same time,so that it can get preferential opportunity in the west great development. |
