纳米硅氧化硅复合薄膜的光吸收蓝移数值计算

摘    要:采用磁控共溅射法制备了含不同尺寸纳米硅晶粒的氧化硅复合薄膜.用高分辨电子透射显微镜测定了所制备样品中纳米硅粒的粒径,确定了其光学带隙和光吸收边蓝移量.对样品光吸收边蓝移量进行了理论计算,比较了理论蓝移量与实验蓝移量之间的差异,并进行了相应的理论分析.

Abstract:The SiO2 films contained nano silicon particles are prepared by using magnet sputtering technique.The diameter of nano silicon particles are measured by the aid of TEM.The optical gaps and the blue shift of the absorption edges are obtained through optical absorption measurement.The difference between the theoretical and experimental result of the blue shift of absorotion edges is studied.The blue shift of films with different particle diameter is also made a theoritical calculation and analysis.
