| 摘 要： | 柳州市是广西的经济中心之一，城市发展的区域条件和具体的建设条件较好．然而城市第二产业比重过大，第三产业滞后，经济发展存在着现实的和潜在的后劲不足问题．指出城市产业持续发展必须努力调整产业结构，重视环境保护和扩大对外开放，建立可持续的产业相互作用机制
