| 摘 要： | 以成都市和重庆市土地利用为例,建立城市土地利用综合效益评价指标体系,应用层次分析法中的权的最小平方法对重庆和成都市土地利用综合效益进行评价.研究表明,2000-2007年,成渝城市土地利用综合效益持续增长；与成都市相比,重庆市土地利用单项效益和综合效益都比较低,且增长较慢,仍有较大提升空间.结合两市土地利用现状,提出优化土地利用、提高土地利用综合效益的对策.
