硝态氮对不同品种生菜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:通过营养液栽培试验,研究了硝态氮浓度对不同品种生菜产量、品质的影响.结果表明,随着营养液中硝态氮浓度的提高,生菜的硝酸盐含量随之递增,生物产量、可溶性糖、蛋白质、氨基酸含量均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,但生菜体内的硝酸盐含量与硝酸还原酶活性无显著相关性.

Abstract:Different lettuces were planted in nutrient solution with different nitrate concentration in this study.The lettuces were studied on biomass yield and quality.The main results and conclusions were showed as follows.With the increasing of nitrate concentrate in nutrient solution,the content of nitrate was increase by degrees.And the biomass yield,the contents of soluble sugar,protein and amino acid increased,then decreased.But there was unapparent relativity between the content of nitrate and NRA in lettuce.
