| 摘 要： | 纯化至电脉均一纯的限制性核酸内切酶Bsp63I经SephadexG-200测得相对分子质量约为113800，SDS－聚丙烯酰凝胶电泳测得其亚基相对分子质量约为56800，用DNS法测得该酶N－末端氨基酸为丙氨酸，表明该酶由2个相同的亚基组成，还对Bsp63I和它的同工酶PstI和Bsp78I之性质进行了比较。

| Abstract: | The purified restriction endonuclease Bsp63I has a molecular weight of about 113 800 daltons by SephadexG 200 gel filtration,that of the enzyme subunit is about 56 800 daltons as assayed by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The N terminal aminoacid of the enzyme is Alanine as assayed by dansyl chloride.This paper also compared partial properties of the three isoenzymes:Bsp63I,Bsp78I and PstI. |
