海带中提取碘的微型实验研究

摘    要:采用自行研制的微型实验装置,探讨了微型化学实验——海带中提取碘的蒸馏水用量、熬煮时间、熬煮次数、酸度、氧化剂种类等反应条件对碘的提取率的影响,提出成套的实验方案和适宜的操作步骤,可供大学相关实验课程开设本实验选用.本法提取的碘单质晶粒大、晶型好、提取率高,具有金属光泽,易于收集,便于称量,达到较好实验效果.

Abstract:Different reaction conditions such as the volume of distilled water,the heating time,the extraction frequency,the acidity,and the types of antioxidants have different effects on extraction rates of iodine from kelp were discussed by using the microscale experiment apparatus which is self-designed.A whole experimental program and feasible operation procedures were proposed which could be used on chemical experiment courses in university.This method could get satisfactory results because extracting iodine in this way it has big crystalline grain,good crystal type,high yield,metallic luster,and it is easy to collect and quantify.
