聚丙烯型大孔树脂对水中油脂的吸附性能研究

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯型大孔树脂对水中油脂的吸附性能.结果表明:聚丙烯型大孔树脂对水中油脂的吸附以分子吸附形式进行,室温下饱和吸附量(干树脂)可达28 0g·g-1,吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温方程;该树脂在适宜的填充密度和废水流速下,吸油率为89 5%,CODCr去除率为96.8%,树脂可再生利用,提示聚丙烯型大孔树脂对水中油脂有较好的吸附性能.

Abstract:The adsorption character of polyproplyene macro porous resin for grease from water was studied. The results showed that the grease was adsorbed by the polyproplyene macro porous resin and the saturated adsorption capacity was 2.80 g/g dry resin, the adsorption isotherm curve of grease by the resin was corresponded to Langmuir equation. Additionally, when the resin filling density and the rate of speed of wastewater were optimized, the removing rate of grease was up to 89.5% and the removing rate of COD_(Cr) was up to 96.8%, and the resin was capable of employing repeatedly. Polyproplyene macro porous resin has good absorption functions for grease from wastewater.
