| 摘 要： | 利用重庆市数据,借助经济计量方法对城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发的互动关系进行实证分析.在此基础上,结合城乡统筹发展的内源效应与外源效应,提出了推动城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发互动的政策建议.
