音视频节目的数字存储与管理

随着制作、复制、保存、查找的音视频节目资料越来越多，各种节目之间的交换成为一种必要的手段，而数字存储技术与数字化管理系统是解决音视频节目资源存储、交换、管理的最佳途径。针对传统音视频媒体存在的缺陷，提高音视频节目的数字存储的原则和方法，指出了如何构建音视频节目数字化管理系统的途径。

The Digital Memory and Management of Audiovisual Programs

Along with the manufacture and duplication of more and more audiovisual teaching materials which need preserving and searching, the exchange between different kinds of programs has become an essential method, while the digital memory technology and the digitized management system has become the best way to realize the goal of the memory, exchanging and management of the audiovisual program resources. Giving much consideration to the defects that occurs to traditional audiovisual media, this thesis puts forward the principles and methods to digital memory of audiovisual programs and also points out the way to set up the digitized management system of audio visual programs.
