| 摘 要： | 以萝卜种子为材料,研究了种子萌发过程中部分生理指标的动态变化.结果表明:种子萌发初期,可溶性糖含量逐渐下降;丙二醛含量先升高,后降低再升高的变化过程;过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶都表现出逐渐升高的趋势;脯氨酸含量逐渐升高,再降低;蛋白含量现有一个降低过程,然后逐渐升高.

| Abstract: | The authors studied dynamic changes of physiological indexes in the seed budding of Raphanus sativus L..It showed that: in the seed budding of Raphanus sativus L.,the content of soluble sugar decreased step by step;the content of MDA rose at first,then fell down,and increased again at last;the activity of POD and CAT increased;the content of proline rose at first,then fell down,and the changes of the content of protein were just opposite to the changes of proline. |
