为院校编制课程表的人工智能方法

摘    要:编制课程表是一个问题求解过程,而该问题是一个约束满足问题。本文由人工排课过程中提取的两个概念(排课准则及课程结构)推导出排课知识中的规则及约束集。人工排课步骤中所使用的各种经验方法,可以用人工智能中的分级规划及回溯等试探性控制策略予以阐明。所以,人工排课过程可以用一个产生式系统给以完整的描述,并在微型计算机上用一个人工智能应用软件实现这个系统。

Abstract:The knowledge of constructing timetables of colleges extracted from manual timetabling process is presented. The rules and set of constraints in the knowledge can be deduced from two concepts-structure of a course and criteria of timetables, identified from manual process. The empirical methods in the manual procedures may be elucidated by some tentative control strategies of artificial intelligence (AI), namely, hierarchical planning and backtracking. Therefore, the manual process of constructing timetables is well described by a production system. The implementation of this system-an AI application developed on a microcomputer has dealt properly with some complicated situations encountered in several medical colleges.
