新建地方本科院校转型中“教学型”教师队伍建设构想研究

新建地方本科院校在大学分类体系中属于"教学型"院校,这种"教学型"的科学定位在转型发展中与高素质应用技术型人才培养紧密相连.作为"教学型"新建地方本科院校在转型发展中需要大学教师身份角色的转变,不仅要结合地方经济社会发展需求,协同地方政府、企业事业等单位制订人才培养方案,而且还要进行职业资格"双重"认证与专业生产实践锻炼,朝向"双师双能型"教师角色转型,以及成为"大师"引领学校的转型发展.为此,"教学型"教师队伍建设可以采用"内培外引"两种渠道来跟进新建地方本科院校转型发展的步伐,促进高素质应用技术型人才的培养.

On Construction of "Teaching" Teachers in Transformation of Newly-Built Local Universities
