摘    要:新建地方本科院校在大学分类体系中属于"教学型"院校,这种"教学型"的科学定位在转型发展中与高素质应用技术型人才培养紧密相连.作为"教学型"新建地方本科院校在转型发展中需要大学教师身份角色的转变,不仅要结合地方经济社会发展需求,协同地方政府、企业事业等单位制订人才培养方案,而且还要进行职业资格"双重"认证与专业生产实践锻炼,朝向"双师双能型"教师角色转型,以及成为"大师"引领学校的转型发展.为此,"教学型"教师队伍建设可以采用"内培外引"两种渠道来跟进新建地方本科院校转型发展的步伐,促进高素质应用技术型人才的培养.

Abstract:The new local undergraduate colleges and universities belong to the "teaching" colleges and universities in the classification system, which is closely related to the application of high technology talents.As the "teaching" of new local colleges need to change the role of university teachers'' identity in transformation and development, not only according to the local economic and social development needs, coordinating with the local government, enterprises and other units in the development of the talent training scheme, but also the "double certification" occupation qualification and professional production practice, the "double type" the transformation of teachers'' role and become a "double division, transformation and development of leading school masters".Therefore, the construction of teaching teachers can adopt "internal external" two channels to follow up the development and transformation of newly built local universities to promote the pace of training high-quality applied technical talents.
